I have a program that I have been working on for years and have just released a major update that makes it able to run on Windows 8. It was compiled for Windows XP and Windows 7 so it should work on any Windows 8 device, I have the sources so that I can compile it with Windows 8 if it needs to be.
The issue is that when I run it on Windows 8, it does nothing and when I run the app on Windows 7 it works fine. When I ran it on my Windows 8 device the UI looks the same as the Windows 7 version but it works fine.
I am looking for a solution to get this running on Windows 8.
